1. Attendees who are entitled to photo sessions but fail to arrive within the designated time period will be deemed to have forfeited their rights.
2. Signed posters can be collected from staff at the registration area on the event day.
3. Video recording for replay, distribution, or any form of live streaming on all social media platforms is strictly prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the venue immediately.
4. Tickets and benefits may not be used for commercial purposes or promotional activities (e.g. discounts, giveaways) without prior written consent from the organizer.
5. Unauthorized resale, distribution, or use of tickets for advertising or publicity purposes is considered illegal.
6. The organizer will not be responsible for tickets purchased through channels other than Grand Ticket under any circumstances.
7. All ticket privileges and benefits are strictly non-commercial.
8. Please be cautious of scammers in any form, including unauthorized reservations, off-platform ticket trading, or impersonation of company staff.
9. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings within the event venue.
10. The organizer reserves the right to amend or change any terms and conditions without prior notice at its discretion.
11. Photography and video recording will take place during the event for promotional and broadcasting purposes. Attendees may appear in such materials. By attending the event, you consent to the use of your name, image, voice, or personal data for publicity, promotional, and commercial purposes across all media platforms, present and future.
